Driving Out Hunger Invitational Golf Tournament »

The third annual Driving Out Hunger Invitational Golf Tournament will be held on September 16, 2011. By sponsoring this event, you can help us continue to provide food assistance to some 200,000 individuals at risk of hunger in the communities we serve. Tackle Hunger Video Game Tournament »

The first annual Tackle Hunger Video Game Tournament will be held on September 17, 2011 from 2pm to 6pm. Registered participants will be playing Madden 2012 for a chance to win prizes and claim the Tackle Hunger Champion. Register today!

Heart of Carolina Food Drive - Nov 19-Dec. 12

The 25th Annual Heart of Carolina Food Drive (HOC) is a community-wide food and funds drive sponsored by local corporations, businesses, schools, clubs and individuals, together with ABC 11 Eyewitness News. Each year, the food drive takes place in December.

An annual event held by Church World Service in the promotion of neighbors walking together to take a stand against hunger in our world. The effort is to raise awareness and funds for international relief and development, as well as local hunger fighting. Please visit http://crophungerwalk.org/.

Harris Teeter Harvest Fest » - Oct 26-Nov 29

Beginning in late October, donation bins are placed at the entrance of the Harris Teeter store located in Highland Shopping Center on Raeford Road for non-perishable food items. To give shoppers another donation option, Harris Teeter sells $5 and $20 food donation cards. The Food Bank will be given gift cards in the amount raised in our service area.
