After you submit your application, you can speak with an operator online to set up an appointment for a time that you can come back by our website and chat with a certified counselor. If we are not online at the time you fill out your application, please leave us a message, and we will get back with you

When you come back for your
appointment, please come to this page and click the chat image. You
will need your Client ID number for identification purposes. After
you click the chat image and type in your client ID number, your
counseling session will begin. You will speak to our receptionist
first and then a counselor will join you.
